Our garage door stopped working (turns out one of the springs broke) so we gave Elite a call and they were able to come to our house in a few hours, diagnose, and fix the problem. Elite sent Devin our way and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and even stayed after he was completed to help set up the app on my phone and reprogram the garage door opener in my car. Would definitely recommend Elite to anyone in need of garage door assistance.
Eduardo came for a service call. He was very kind, patient, helpful, punctual, and professional. I especially liked how incredibly fast this company was at sending someone to look at the garage and to offer an immediate fix. Thank you for the great service.
The entire experience took about a month from estimate to delivery/installation. Frank (the installer) was a great guy who worked really hard to get the job done right. Walked me through all the setup and controllers. Made sure everything worked correctly before he left. Highly recommend Frank as your installer! Elite overall was a smooth experience so far. I did purchase a higher end garage door setup with insulation and they look beautiful. Here’s a quick photo of one of the garage doors before we installed the hardware. Had an emergency repair needed and had struck out all day with other companies. Called Elite and it seemed like much of the same when in the last our they had Jason G come out. He accessed my situation and after a short conversation and less than an hour all my problems were solved. Extremely grateful Jason G came out.
Jason G and Frank A came out and saved the day today. They arrived within 30 minutes and an hour after that the garage door was replaced. They were friendly and really saved the day. Thank you for everything!
I called them as I garage door came off track and wouldnt open or close. The pulley was out. Intially I was quoted about $1100 but when I informed them that another vendor only quoted $350, they dropped it down 375. I agreed to do the job. The tech spent an hour or less on the job. Only thing done was put the cable back properly and adjaut spring tension. Now the door is very jerky and bumps into the wall and feels like it will fall down any minute. I cant believe a door that was doing just fine before this incident now cant be fixed by a garage door company to be smooth and operating safely. I give two stars because they showed up and were polite but their sales tactics threw me off and felt very opportunistic.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!The technician did a good job and was professional. However, they replaced all of the motors and opening mechanism, unnecessarily and without disclosing it to us. A simple $250 repair job ballooned to FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. They tricked my wife and then it was too late. Avoid this company.
To charge $1,700 for a spring to be fixed and an adjustment. The fact that your tech did this to a lady at her home is a joke - the price is literally 2x more than anyone else and you did it to an uninformed homeowner (female in the house). You guys should be embarrassed.*********** Update******* The work was not any different or with incremental quality for fixing a spring and/or lube. It was predatory, plain and simple.I have left a voicemail without a call back. No Call Back. Not sure what I was expecting?
This company i swear worse purchase I've ever made, made the purchase a year ago and was told the second clicker would be included, the tech forged my signature to add the cost of the clicker that was suppose to be free, now the sensor on the bottom is currently not working so the door won't function with the clickers to open or close and now they want to charge me $300 dollars for a diagnoses fee! 90 days warranty for labor that's all they provide, look for a second option if your considering for purchasing a garage door.
this company is a total scam. they charged me 1500. for 3 hours work no material. had to pay 1000. before work was started. during the work they burn out my mew motor. so work could not be completed. had to pay them the balance. when i got the motor replaced i called them back to come out and replace the motor. i had to call for a week and a half before anyone would even talk to me. Then they said they would sell me a new gate opener for 5000. and would install it for free Ha Ha. this was a 2000. gate opener on the internet. Then they said they had no intention of coming out and finishing my repair. what a great way to do business
Ask for a call back from a manager, two days later no call.I asked about a extra remote was given a price of $99. Went to the web site of the opener manufacturer I can buy it directly from them for $37 and can program it myself in less than two minutes.Stay away from these guys their customer service is No bueno.
I tried to call for pricing for some work for my garage door.The first time I called, I was hung up on. So, I called back and was answered in a rude manner and tone. The person I talked to acted as if they didn't really want or need my business and seemed like they didn't want to "waste their time" to get me a simple and quick quote to diagnosis my garage door not shutting.Seemed like they and didn't need or want the work because it wasn’t a high dollar job and offered a total system replacement in order for it to be worth their time to come out.I called another company and not only were they fast and friendly, it was diagnosed as a worn-down sprocket chain, they gladly replaced it instead of offering to completely replace the whole system. Seems like this company is money hungry or operates based off emotions and opinions rather then client needs. I would never recommend.
Tech sold us correct doors, promised they'd be installed in 6-8 weeks. At 6 weeks, I got a text for a Tuesday delivery. I changed my schedule to be available, no one showed or called. At 8 weeks, I learned they don't really have doors for our project. That was 3 weeks ago, and the huge deposit still hasn't been received. I was promised that I would get a call to let me know the status. Never happened. I think the company is doing so poorly, they need cash flow from folks. I now will have to wait several months, if I actually get my money back.
Scam Alert!!! Bait and Switch!!! I put a deposit on a new roller gate opener and then they called back 2 or 3 days later to say the residential model was out of stock with the supplier and was no where to be obtained for the next 8 weeks. I would have to wait 8 weeks for something that we agreed upon being delivered within 7 to 10 days of me having put the deposit. They offered the commercial version for only an additional $700.I called the tech who gave the quote and told him I needed to cancel and that I found the same model out of state. I called the office 4 times and could never get the guy who could actually help me. They kept telling me he was on a call or down in the shop, but would call me in 5 minutes. He never did call, so I replied to the e-mailed quote and canceled the order requesting a refund of the deposit and then ordered from out of state just before the close of business.They called back today and had "Magically" received 4 residential units that they didn't even "know where they came from". Also, he lied and said he was working out of the office, even though 2 people told me they had seen him in the office and would have him call me right back. Then told me they wanted to come out an install the residential unit as ordered. And although he had heard that I was trying to cancel the day before that cancelation actually was not possible since (news to me, nowhere in writing or verbally stated) deposits are now non-refundable. I tried to explain the process of offer and acceptance, where he said that he could not fulfill the order as offed was a breach and a counter offer which I had not accepted.Well he was going to have to talk to the ownership and I let him know that I was going to have to call my credit card now. I have since reversed the charges and I will be calling AZ Attorney's office to report the bait and switch which is patently illegal.Do not do business with these guys. If they would try to cheat me, they will try to cheat you.Side note, their tech Don was nice, and personable, but I ended up replacing a $1 fuse on the controller board that had the gate began working fine. Can't believe I was nearly tricked into buying a whole new controller motor /controller when it was so easy to fix with a fuse from auto zone just up the street.
Asked them to come and give me a quote on a garage door and gate and they never send to me! Waste of my time hahaha and I waited for a month and still haven’t heard back. Not sure how they make money 🤷🏻♀️
This company does not care about their customers they only care about screwing them and making more money.I had an opener installed and eventually found out it was installed incorrectly the slide bar is an even straight connecting to the top of the garage door the garage door is now twisting and bending and is going to break. The Tech even agreed with me that it was not installed correctly.. But that didn't stop elite from wanting to charge me $467 to fix this error is this error.I told them good bye.Use this company at your own risk but you have been warned.
Not honest. 1st person who came to do a repair said we were covered by the warranty. 2nd team came to do the work and charged $950 for 2 hours labour. Promised a phone call to sort this out and never called. I felt I was being conned by this company. Even though the warranty is still valid, I will use someone else for future problems. Absolutely do not trust them.
